In order to use this online system you first have to apply in person at Centennial Commons, 7210 Olive. If you have already registered in person, your temporary user name will be your phone number (Ex. 3145071958) and your password will be your zip code (Ex. 63130).

Note: To obtain member rates for programs & activities, your household must be coded. Please contact us at 505-8625 prior to your first on-line activity registration.
